Margaret Pruitt practices in the areas of commercial, business and health care litigation and has represented clients ranging from international companies to individuals. Margaret offers clients significant experience in all aspects of litigation, including working closely to formulate case strategy, engaging in pre and post filing settlements discussions, and successfully litigating cases from inception through trial.

As a member of the firm’s financial services practice, Margaret successfully defends a range of claims with issues arising out of retail and online banking, mortgage lending and servicing, credit cards and auto loans. In the area of healthcare litigation, Margaret served as second chair in a bench trial resulting in a full defense decision for a medical group in a dispute over reasonable value of medical services.

Margaret is an active member of The State Bar of California. She graduated from the University of Southern California with a B.A. in Political Science and earned her J.D. from the University of Dayton School of Law, with degree specializations in commercial real estate transactions and business law.
