Business litigator and trial attorney Jamie Kendall resolves commercial disputes – whether that involves counseling a client on the law to avoid a later issue, finding an inventive way to meet the client’s need without litigation at the early stages of conflict, or guiding her client through the litigation or arbitration process to successful verdict or decision.

Time and again, Jamie’s detailed case analyses in breach of contract, torts, trademark infringement and other commercial litigation have enabled her to enforce the rights of her clients with fidelity and to neutralize multimillion-dollar threats to clients’ businesses.

Jamie’s litigation portfolio includes representing clients in California’s most competitive and regulated industries, including entertainment, talent agencies, health care, technology, online retail, consumer products, energy, sports, financial services and banking. She appears in federal and state courts across California, including the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

Jamie maintains a varied practice on behalf of global clients, with experience in a wide variety of areas of law, from intellectual property (copyright and trademark litigation) and trade secret claims to Proposition 65 and Superfund litigation.

Known for her strategic yet lean approaches to resolving lawsuits, Jamie began her litigation career at Bingham McCutchen LLP (now known as Morgan Lewis & Bockius LLP) after earning her J.D. from UCLA School of Law. She is a California native and cum laude graduate of the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Jamie’s professional and civic leadership includes serving on the board of directors of Foster Your Dream, a nonprofit organization for foster youth and caregivers.
