Margaret C. Pruitt practices in the areas of business litigation, commercial litigation and entertainment litigation.  As a member of the firm’s financial services practice, she has successfully defended numerous claims arising out of TILA, FDCPA, RFDCPA, RESPA, FCRA, CCRAA, and her experience extends across a wide range of consumer lending matters, including mortgage lending and servicing, credit cards and auto loans.

Ms. Pruitt earned her J.D. from the University of Dayton School of Law, where she completed her degree with specializations in commercial real estate transactions and business law, and was a member of the Mock Trial Competition Team.  She also gained invaluable insight, and practical, hands-on experience in the areas of contract drafting and negotiation, corporate compliance, and employment law as a legal intern for the Global General Counsel of a global marketing and branding firm in Dayton, Ohio.  Ms. Pruitt graduated from the University of Southern California in 2007, earning her B.A. in Political Science and a minor in History.
