Jason B. Baim is a partner in the firm. Mr. Baim has broad-based commercial and general business litigation and trial experience in state and federal courts. Mr. Baim has successfully represented a wide range of clients, from individuals to small companies to large national and international corporations, in complex business disputes involving tens to hundreds of millions of dollars. While Mr. Baim’s experience and practice is quite diverse, his more recent focus has been in the health care arena, where Mr. Baim represents a broad range of health care clients, including medical groups, hospitals, independent practice associations, and health care systems in a variety of high-stakes matters.

Prior to joining Doll Amir & Eley LLP in 2009, Mr. Baim was a litigator for nine years in the Los Angeles office of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy, where he successfully defended corporations, boards of directors, and individual officers and directors in securities actions involving claims of fraud and/or breach of fiduciary duty. Mr. Baim is a graduate of the University of California, at Los Angeles where he graduated cum laude with a B.A. in History in 1992, and received his J.D. from the University of Southern California in 1995. Mr. Baim has a passion for music, writing, food and wine, and soccer, which he has competitively played for the past 40 years. Mr. Baim lives in Old Agoura with his wife and their four small children.
