Ryan H. Chan has defended manufacturers, medical device and pharmaceutical companies, makers of consumer products, and other clients against a range of claims. Ryan’s experience includes defending Fortune 500 companies in consumer class actions and in high-stakes litigation claims in California as well as in forums across the United States.
Ryan manages the intricacies of sophisticated multijurisdictional lawsuits, whether preparing them for trial or finding pretrial resolution via arbitration, mediation or a negotiated settlement. His strengths include impactful motion practice and skill in preparing witnesses for depositions. Ryan’s experience coordinating litigation strategies in multiparty cases adds tremendous value and efficiency to clients’ litigation challenges.
