Defended charter school in race discrimination case brought by a former employee. Plaintiff dismissed case after her deposition was taken.

Secured dismissal of claims by two former employees of hospital for retaliation and harassment.

Obtained a complete victory following a three-day arbitration on claims by employee involving retaliation and wage and hour disputes.

Achieved a walkaway on the eve of trial in federal court in a matter involving allegations of disability discrimination.

Won summary adjudication on individual’s claims for retaliation, discrimination and harassment and victory at trial on individual’s wage and hour claims.

Obtained numerous case closures for insufficient evidence with state and federal agencies in matters involving alleged violations of employment laws.

Obtained preliminary injunction on behalf of company in an action against former executive who allegedly misappropriated company assets.

Achieved a complete victory on summary judgment on claims by former employees that their employer had breached fiduciary duties owed to them as shareholders.

Obtained claimant arbitration award after a week-long evidentiary hearing in San Francisco on behalf of a public company suing former employees for embezzlement.
