Margaret C. McHugh-Sivore practices in the areas of business litigation, commercial litigation and entertainment litigation. As a member of the firm’s financial services practice, she has successfully defended numerous claims arising out of TILA, FDCPA, RFDCPA, RESPA, FCRA, CCRAA, and her experience extends across a wide range of consumer lending matters, including mortgage lending and servicing, credit cards and auto loans.
Ms. McHugh-Sivore earned her J.D. from the University of Dayton School of Law, where she completed her degree with specializations in commercial real estate transactions and business law, and was a member of the Mock Trial Competition Team. She also gained invaluable insight, and practical, hands-on experience in the areas of contract drafting and negotiation, corporate compliance, and employment law as a legal intern for the Global General Counsel of a global marketing and branding firm in Dayton, Ohio. Ms. McHugh-Sivore graduated from the University of Southern California in 2007, earning her B.A. in Political Science and a minor in History.
